Lupin burger Goulash
Description
This tasty burger contains a mix of tomatoes, paprika, Provencal herbes and lupin.
Ingredients
23% onion*, 15% cooked LUPIN beans* (LUPIN beans*, water), OAT flakes*, red pepper*, sunflower oil*, water, tomato concentrate*, potato flakes*, potato starch*, sunflower protein*, vegetable stock* (CELERY), paprika powder*, sea salt, dried onion*, garlic powder*, Provencal herbs*, black pepper*, caraway seed powder*, acidifier (citric acid). (*=organic agriculture). Produced in a factory that also uses soy, milk, egg, nuts, mustard and sesame.
Usage
in the pan: fry 3-4 min on both sides oven: 180°C, 5-7 min Airfryer: 180°C, 8-10 min
