Description

Tofu cream with a touch of basil.

Ingredients

56% tofu* (cooked SOYbeans*, water), 19% tomatoes*, sunflower oil*, 2,3% tomato puree*, 2,1% tomato powder*, 1,4% basil*, sea salt, herbs* and spices*, thickener (guar gum*), acidifier (citric acid). (*=organic agriculture). Produced in a factory where also gluten, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame and lupine are used.

Usage

This creamy spread is a delicious plant-based alternative to cream cheese, and provides a touch of Mediterranean magic: use it warm or cold, on a sandwich or wrap, with pasta, or even as a topping on bruschetta.
